- Cancellation Policy:

3.1. If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, they may not be eligible for a refund.
3.2. Exceptions to the no-show policy may be considered based on the client’s circumstances, subject to the discretion of Psychology Zone Chd.
- Rescheduling Policy:
4.1. Clients may request to reschedule a session by contacting arjunbajwa555@gmail.com at least 8 hours/days before the scheduled time.
4.2. Psychology Zone Chd will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to therapist availability.
- Exceptions and Special Circumstances:
